Once you have completed your booking form and paid your registration fee, you will receive a booking confirmation, fitness plan and kit list for your challenge. We can if you like let your charity know you will be taking part on their behalf so they can provide you with help, support and information on fundraising.

Exclusive Events

These events are where everyone on the. challenge is taking part for the same charity with like minded reasons.

Open Events

This means clients on the event may be fund raising for various charities, or
for your chosen charity. Just taking part for their own reasons. You can just select the dates that are suitable for you, this gives you the flexibility to participate/fundraise at a time that suits you.

Funding

You can either cover the remaining cost of your event yourself, which is required 10 weeks prior to your trip or you can elect to work with your chosen charity if they offer the minimum sponsorship pledge option. We will be happy to check the availability of this option with your chosen charity at The booking stage. Please contact us for further details.
